  • Refrigerator and deep freezer repair services.
  • Water cooler and commercial cooling unit repair.
  • Preventive maintenance and annual maintenance contracts (AMC).

All services are performed by trained technicians using genuine spare parts where applicable. Service scope and final charges will be communicated before work begins.

3. Booking and Appointments

Service appointments can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, or our website contact form. We strive to honor all scheduled appointments but reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, technician availability, or emergency calls.

  • Customers should provide accurate address and contact details for timely service.
  • Same-day service is subject to availability and location proximity.
  • Cancellation must be communicated at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • A diagnostic or visiting charge may apply, which will be adjusted against the final service bill if the service is availed.
  • Additional costs for spare parts, refrigerant gas, or materials will be communicated and approved before installation.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, UPI, and other digital payment methods.

5. Warranty and Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship:

  • Service Warranty: We provide a limited warranty on labor performed, typically valid for 7 to 30 days depending on the service type.
  • Parts Warranty: Genuine spare parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. We pass this warranty on to the customer with appropriate documentation.
  • Warranty does not cover issues arising from misuse, power fluctuations, physical damage, or unauthorized modifications by third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to deliver safe and effective service, J K COOL POINT PALWAL shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or defects in the appliance that are not repairable.
  • Damage caused by power surges, voltage fluctuations, or natural disasters after service.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from appliance failure or downtime.
  • Any loss exceeding the total amount paid for the specific service rendered.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the appliance and work area.
  • Disclose any known defects, previous repairs, or modifications to the appliance.
  • Ensure electrical connections are safe and comply with local standards.
  • Supervise minors and pets during service visits.
